America stands waiting for the face off between President Obama and the Republican front-runner, but y’all will have to wait bit longer. Governor Perry has decided that the people of Texas need him more than the Sunday morning talk shows. The wildfire in the wake of Tropical Storm Lee has destroyed over 1,000 homes and ravaged more than 100,000 acres.
Texas (and America in general) needs a robotic firefighting system, such as the MVF-5 from DOKING. The MVF-5 is developed to go into life threatening areas that are typically inaccessible by humans. In the case of a forest fire, the epicenter. Imagine the Gov (or other men of action) being able to operate the MVF-5 from over a mile away by remote control. The MVF-5 is loaded with the latest fire-fighting gear including: water and foam storage containers, a rotational gripper combined with dozer blade, a sophisticated video system with six high resolution and waterproof cameras, and a thermal camera to operate during the reduced visibility conditions.
The MVF-5 is pretty cool even by Texas standards (too bad for America it is made in Croatia).
